DPC Tape
DPC Tape is a high-quality, flexible strip designed to provide a continuous barrier against rising moisture and damp in masonry walls. Made from durable materials such as polyethylene, bitumen-modified polymer, or self-adhesive reinforced film, it prevents capillary water migration through walls and junctions.

Key Features & Benefits
- Effective Moisture Barrier: Blocks rising damp and prevents water penetration in masonry walls.
- Self-Adhesive Construction: Quick and secure installation; ensures consistent bonding between DPC laps.
- Durable Material: Resistant to rot, corrosion, and long-term degradation in masonry environments.
- Enhanced Adhesion: Embossed or textured surfaces improve bonding with mortar.
Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate or mortar bed is clean, dry, and free from dust, debris, sharp projections, or contaminants.
- Laying the Tape: Place the DPC tape horizontally at the required height, fully embedding it into the fresh mortar bed and covering the full wall width.
- Sealing Joints: Overlap tape sections by at least 100 mm. Press firmly, and use self-adhesive jointing tape for additional overlap bonding if needed.
- Rolling/Pressing: Ensure full adhesion with no air pockets or voids, especially at overlaps and joints.
